First time here and the experience was excellent. Great service and the location was very nice. The food was amazing. Huevos rancheros were delicious and the portion size was big! Must try the cafe de olla, so good! Can't wait to come back. First time trying them. The service was awesome, no wait time. Food was served hot and the taste was amazing. We will definitely be making this a regular thing on Sundays. Give them a try if you haven’t, support the local restaurant. Try the Cafe De Olla it was a big hit at our table. We will give them a try for lunch next. A Hidden Gem Worth the Short Drive! My wife and I have had breakfast at Calafia Kitchen three or four times now, and it’s become one of our favorite morning spots in Livermore. A little tucked away from the downtown hustle, this place is so worth finding. Their specialty coffee is excellent, and I can't get enough of the corned beef hash—it’s the perfect comfort food done right. My wife swears by their classic breakfast and is obsessed with the breakfast sausage. What really makes this place special is the warm, attentive service. Romeo is our go-to server—friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes us feel right at home without hovering. We loved learning the story behind the name “Calafia,” too. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the menu is full of delicious choices (we can't wait to come back for lunch and dinner), and every visit feels like we’re part of the Calafia family. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for real food, friendly people, and a great start to the day!
