Ajanique, Your party consisted of 20 guests, and orders were placed at different times throughout the evening. We are not a fast-food restaurant all of our food is prepared fresh and made to order. Because of the staggered ordering and the size of the group, the total ticket time was approximately 45 minutes. Even though many of the orders were placed later, we still offered complimentary drinks and provided discounts in an effort to accommodate your group and make the experience enjoyable. Despite this, members of your party including the birthday guest were rude to our staff, spoke down to the owner, and continued to escalate the situation. Our server remained professional throughout the evening. She even provided a complimentary round of shots and comped both pineapple bowls to try to resolve the concerns. Out of nearly 200 guests we served that day, your party was the only group we had any issue with. Our restroom was clean beside the paper towels your group left on the floor by the sink. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, especially large parties. However, we cannot tolerate disrespect toward our staff. If there were any issues with drinks or food, we always encourage guests to notify the server immediately so we can correct it on the spot. At this time, we do not feel it would be appropriate to host your group again. This go for all five of you who left an untrue review.
