I had 2 of these cupcakes at a function today and I was very impressed! I typically skip over cake/cupcakes because they're dry, or the frosting is too sweet, or the cake to frosting ratio is off. It's usually not worth the calories and sugar for just a "meh" treat. However, these were spectacular and worth every single calorie . I had the chocolate peanut butter cup and the red velvet, they were both perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. Rich, but not too sweet, and there was the right amount of frosting to the cake. I may have to make up an excuse to order some more "just because."

If you want a truly delicious treat, you must order the Salted Caramel cupcakes. I was about ready to give myself a Dolce De Leche facial with the frosting - they are that good! Not only is Cam incredibly professional, he's just as sweet as the goodies he bakes. And he delivers! You can't go wrong with Camcakes!

Don't upset Cameron Rau, because this is one of his messagess he sent me when he stops liking you.
When I worked with him, I was only allowed to eat his cupcakes (which weren't ever consistent), because he gets upset if you're eating store bought cupcakes,.and not paying an arm and a leg, from 3.00 to 4.50 for one of his single cupcakes. The salted caramel are way too salty, which I tasted for myself, and also heard from several colleagues we worked with, that they were dry. I even found, 2 of his hairs in my cupackes.
He will fix it, but gets extremely upset, and believes that it's your tastebuds that are messed up, not his cupcakes. Unfortunately, his cupcakes are hit or miss, with consistency.

Kimberly cupcakes are a lot more moist and consistent each time you buy them.
