Cane Pazzo exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best Italian dining experiences we’ve had. As people who truly love Italian cuisine, we were incredibly impressed by the originality of every dish. The flavors were rich, vibrant, and exceptionally fresh, with a level of creativity that made each course memorable. You can immediately tell that quality is a top priority, from the carefully selected ingredients to the beautiful presentation. The service was just as impressive as the food. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It was wonderful to see the servers working together seamlessly as a team to make sure every table was taken care of. What stood out even more was the manager’s involvement to support his staff and ensure a smooth evening. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience is something that’s becoming increasingly rare and made a lasting impression. We celebrated our anniversary at Cane Pazzo, and the team went above and beyond to make the evening feel truly special. From the easy reservation process to the thoughtful accommodations they made for us, every detail was handled with care. The cocktails were perfectly crafted and complemented the meal beautifully. The ambiance is elegant, warm, and inviting, and the restaurant itself is absolutely stunning. It genuinely feels like stepping into a beautiful Italian establishment, making the entire experience even more immersive. Cane Pazzo excels in every category: food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a consistently exceptional experience from start to finish. Once again, our experience with Cane Pazzo was extraordinary. Jack was our server and there were 6 of us at a high-top near the bar. One of the things I look forward to about going to Cane Pazzo is that the menu is constantly changing. So even if you've been recently, you can be sure that there will be new exciting dishes to try. That was certainly true last evening as the only 2 dishes that we ALWAYS get are the Daily Bread, and the Meatballs. Other than that, everything else was a surprise. The peach/tomato salad was a great starter, along with beef carpaccio, pork belly with peach mostarda, and crispy mozzerella sticks rounded out the first courses. Next up were the pasta dishes which were lumache with a sausage & tomato ragu, creste nero with local caught tarvin shrimp, casarecce verde swordfish "puttanesca," and risotto with local mushrooms and spring onions. The market fish was local tile fish sauteed with golden tomato and shallots, and the 16 oz CAB ribeye which always has a good char with amazing flavors from the ramp chimichurri. Dessert consisted of 3 completely different dishes...the house made tiramisu, a gelato sunday with coconut, vanilla, and chocolate flavors, and an olive oil cake topped with fresh peaches. All in all, everyone left feeling like they enjoyed a top notch Italian restaurant. Thank you once again Cane Pazzo...we'll be back! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had been wanting to dine at Cane Pazzo since they opened a year ago, and I must say, it was worth the wait! From the warm bread to the burrata appetizer to the perfectly cooked grouper, everything was amazing! We received such a warm welcome as we walked in and were even greeted by the general manager as we were dining. Loved the open kitchen! Buon appetito!
