The experience itself was exceptional. The people there were really attentive and treated us like family- making sure we were all taken care of and had everything we need. The lady even came over and cut the pizza for the kids. To top it off the food was very tasteful! Thank you again for the amazing hospitality and food, if I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been to this place a few times because it's super close to my home. The pizza slices aren't very good but it's quick enough usually. Today I stopped in, read the menu, and ordered the manicotti. They have no fountain drinks, and no Coke products. The girl who took my order had mountains of frizzy hair all over her head. It extends at least eight inches in every direction from her hair. The menu is laying on the counter to read, she offered no suggestions. The menu had hair on it so I'm certain the pizza immediately adjacent to her also did. I ordered, and asked for a glass of water since they have no Coke products. She gave me a glass of water in a small styrofoam cup and that was the end of it. 27 minutes later, I finally had no desire to eat there. Their chairs are tiny, hard metal contraptions that are totally uncomfortable. She never offered to bring me more water, said sorry about the wait, or boo. Why do these super entitled service people think we are suppose to stand up to order, sit on uncomfortable chairs, wait forever, and still tip. (And Never Receive Your Food) There is no reason to ever go back to this place. Hopefully, it will go broke and the landlord can find a tenant that has a spiritul gift for business. These people are grifters. I wasted almost thirty dollars to sit on a hard metal chair with a tiny cup of water. I came home and ate cheese and triscuits for dinner. I regret losing the money but am sure my cheese and crackers is a better dining experience than the Cannoli Kitchen Pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our restaurant has been proudly operating for over 6 years with a simple model: orders are placed at the counter, meals are prepared fresh, and we personally deliver them to the table. On this occasion, your meal was prepared in 16 minutes and was on its way when you chose to leave without saying anything to our staff. For accuracy, we do not serve fountain drinks, we carry bottled Coke and Pepsi. Water is always available on request and we’re happy to provide refills.We welcome constructive feedback, but personal remarks and false claims don’t help us improve or serve our community better. For anyone reading this, we encourage you to try us for yourself and experience the quality and hospitality that have kept our customers coming back for years.We have reported your review as discrimination for our employees.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE WE TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH !
Ordered large extra cheese pizza , when we got home and we live less than five minutes away we saw that it was under under cooked and there was very VERY little cheese . No crunch , no cheesy flavor . It was terrible and bland . What a waste of time and money ,our family will never go back DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE WE TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH ! This place i saw got so many one star reviews on the net , I wish i would have read them before going . BUYER BEWARE !
