Cape Cod Coffee Roasters. Had to go out of our way to find this place during our trip to Cape Cod, but it was worth it. It was empty when we were there...but the staff on duty was extremely friendly and answered all our questions about the different roasts and even had small talk about where we're from and what not. It was refreshing to see a barista with a stunning smile and friendly demeanor. We all got an iced vanilla latte and we were told that the iced coffee uses the Scandinavian blend. It was incredibly smooth--no bitterness at all. It was by far the best iced coffee I had in Cape Cod, and I'm a little disappointed in myself that I didn't go back to try a hot coffee. The only thing I can say that annoyed me a little was that there was no simple syrup/liquid sugar for the iced coffees. Had to constantly stir the bottom of the iced coffee and waited for what felt like forever for the sugar to dissolve. Definitely wish I can go back and talk to the staff about roasting and coffee making...they know what they're doing!
