Great Italian taste. The pizza is a crazy price but if you have extra money it’s worth it. However the main reason to go CapitoLini is their pasta. It has the taste of Italy in every bite. The 2 chefs in the kitchen take time and care to make every dish perfectly I went here during Golden Week with my friends staying in Bessho onsen resort. My friends wanted pasta and I had been to this restaurant before and remembered it was a very authentic restaurant. My friends, who had just visited Italy, and are from New York said the pasta we ordered (three pastas) were the best of all pastas in the entire world. 1 bolognese, 1 miso cream, 1 Vangola It didn’t disappoint and we were very impressed even though the portion size was extremely small the taste made up for the size. We went during GW and it was very slow. I’m surprised considering the quality of the food.
