Between Saturday and Monday, my wife and I dined at Capriccio's twice. We had planned on Monday, but not on Saturday, things happened where we were available so I decided to see if a reservation was available and we were lucky enough to get the last one. On Saturday, we started off splitting an appetizer of Burrata which was absolutely delicious. It was just right in size and extremely flavorful. On Saturday, we started off splitting an appetizer of Burrata which was absolutely delicious. It was just right in size and extremely flavorful. For dinner, my wife had Calabrian Shrimp Pasta which she said was out of this world, so I asked to taste it and it was even better than described. I had Lasagna which was truly outstanding, it was so smooth and tasty that it was incredible. Last night I enjoyed my Lasagna as a left over and it was just as good as the first time. On Monday, my wife and I both had Chicken Parmesan and it was so delicious. The Marinara was something really special with a secret ingredient that made it extra special. I won't say what it is, because I will let you try it for yourself. Our server on both nights was Christi and I can not say enough good about her. We we were so impressed by the quality of her service and kindness that we were re hoping that she would be there on Monday. Lucky for us, she was. From now on when we go there, we will ask for Christi, because she was that good!!! My compliments go out to this truly wonderful restaurant and to the staff. If you are looking for outstanding Italian food, Capriccio's is the place and I recommend that you try it! You won't be disappointed!
