Esta comida rápida debería recomendarse solo por su perfectamente elaborado pescado frito, sus sabrosas gambas fritas y sus sorprendentes mejillones. No hay nada mejor que pedir una generosa tarta de queso. La limonada de Captain D's no es muy del agrado de sus usuarios.

I had the absolute most horrible experience here on today. My experience, and seeing how the other customers were treated by the cashier at the front with the blonde highlights or the blonde dreads and the bull piercing in her nose. Her customer service skills were HORRIBLE!!!!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST EVER that I have seen here in a long time. I spend $45 on food. She wasn’t friendly when she took my order. She never smiled, she didn’t greet anyone. She was rushing customer when they were playing their orders. I watched her be very impatient with an elderly lady because she was paying with some change. I overheard, a young man come to the front and tell the staff about cell phone usage, and if your caught in the phone while on the clock, straight dismissal. Customer Service is very important, and this young lady needs a refresher course in that area. Once I receive my food we left. The young lady with the bull piercing assured me all my food was in the bag. I took her word for it. Upon getting home, I noticed my funnel cake sticks weren’t in the bag. I called and spoke with a young man once I called the store, and he handed the phone to a kind professional young lady. She asked me was I coming back, I stayed to her it was an inconvenience for me to drive back and waste gas, but I paid for an item that the staff left out and I wanted what u paid for. Upon my return to the store, again the young lady with the bull piercing never greeted me. Her personality and attitude was very STANK and UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL. I told her that my item wasn’t in my bag and I came back to get it. She asked if I had a receipt. Clearly my receipt was taken when I received my food the first time. She then yelled to the back for an order of funnel cake sticks. I’m unsure why the young man or young lady that I spoke with when I called the facility did not relay that information to the front cashier that I would be coming back to get my item. I don’t live in that area, so I had to travel a distance to come back. I was not offered anything as a courtesy. For my time having to come back. My food I ordered had gotten cold when I got back home because I had to drive all the way back to get an item they the staff left out if my bag. I don’t appreciate any of this at all. I won’t frequent this facility anymore, and I shall tell people not to as well. Because the audacity. Give them some customer service skills so they can do better when dealing with customer. I will say the young lady with the black hair, with the blue shirt on was very kind and pleasant. Very pleased patron. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The captain D's on candler road is AWFUL. The food was COLD and when I ask the cashier for a fresh meal she snatched the bag off me, rolled her eyes, was smacking her dirty weave right by the food and was just IGNORANT. She had me there waiting for 18 mins so I ask another employee if I could just get my money back because I only have 30 mins for lunch and the employee told me that they don't give refunds. So I waited another 14 mins (I ask several times for my food or my money back) After waiting for a total of 32 mins I just left without food and without my $17 dollars. And I went back to work for another 5 and a half hours without lunch. I will NEVER go back to Captain D's on candler road. EVERYTHING about that place is sooooo nasty and ignorant. The only reason I gave them one star is because I HAD to inorder to leave a review. That is a newly renovated restaurant and it already filthy. Walking across the floor and you stick to it. The place smells like a VERY DIRTY OLD MOP. And to me that cashier and that other employee that wouldn't just give me my money back are THIEVES. I work very hard for my money so $17 dollars isnt just pennies to me. The owner should really be more involved in that place because all it is is a bunch of ignorant first graders on a playground. Doesn't the owner ever watch the cameras? What's worse than anything is that when I ask to speak to the manager about getting my money back, the manager was worse than the employee. The manager told me "WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS SO YOU CAN WAIT ON YOUR FOOD OR YOU CAN LEAVE" THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD BY A CAPTAIN D'S MANAGER. AND I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET MY $17 DOLLARS BACK. BEWARE PEOPLE OF CAPTAIN D'S ON CANDLER ROAD BECAUSE I HAD A TERRIBLE ENCOUNTER WITH THE FOOD, THE EMPLOYEE, THE MANAGER AND THE PLACE IS VERY DIRTY.
