Today was my first and last time at the drive through at this location. An awful experience at drive through window with a ratchet person named SHANTAY! I asked if my food was ready because I didn’t want my drink so early if it wasn’t”she looked at me as if she was possessed or something and said “you should have said something in the beginning “. I tried to explain but she shut the window while I was speaking, and started laughing In the background with some guy hysterically! This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time..I was fuming I then tried calling the location but got a recording. How could you put something like this on the front lines to interact with paying customers?? Her tone and the mood was if she acts like this regularly with no accountability. I also had to remember the area I was in too..still there is no excuse for this ratchet pitiful behavior!! HOLD SHANTAY ACCOUNTABLE!! Service: 1

Person who took our order was abrupt and took no time to explain options. Didn’t greet us at the window. Took payment never said thank you or utilize any customer service. Bad look for store. Customers deserve someone who cares that they spent money with store and they are eating at the restaurant. Both people were focused on phones and never engaged that order would be out shortly. Would not recommend Price per person: $10–20 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I only came today to my local Captain D's for the grilled options and to dine-in with my mother. I understand Captain D's is a fast food restaurant, but today was more than a dining experience! Rochelle and her coworkers after the 5:00 hour (4/01/2025) were excellent!!! Rochelle came by my table (and other guests' tables) and asked us how we were doing and if our food was satisfactory. I believe the employee's name is DeMarcus who talked with me and another employee about his future. All the employees were kind, courteous, outgoing, respectful, and attentive! The female cashier and the male cook in the back were awesome also. After I dined in and left, I realized I didn't have my work phone. I drove back to the restaurant and while in a panic, every employee either helped me look for work phone and continued to ask me where I might have had it. Again, today was more than a dining experience. I will return with my mother (who is a senior) because of the customer service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
