This is by far the worst Captain D’s I've ever been to. I pulled into the drive-thru at 3:47 PM and there was a sign telling customers to pull to the window to place their order. I knew this was going to be a major issue. There were already three cars ahead of me. I didn't even get to place my order until 4:02 PM. The young lady taking orders had a noticeable attitude and looked annoyed the entire time. She kept asking if I was okay with paying extra for the premium sides. I told her yes, and then she clarified that it would be $1.09 extra per side. I told her again that I didn't mind paying for the sides I wanted. After ordering, I had to pull forward because there were cars behind me. I then sat and waited 18 minutes for my food. At that point, I finally went inside. After another 5 minutes, I was handed my order. I was in a rush and never expected to spend over 35 minutes at Captain D’s, so I quickly checked the bag and left. About halfway down the road, I realized they had forgotten the fries that I paid for. I turned around, parked, and went back inside. When I let them know I was missing my fries, the same employee seemed irritated that I was upset. I explained that after waiting that long, I expected to receive the complete order. If my order had been correct the first time, I wouldn't have had to come back. I was already running late and wasn't willing to wait even longer for another batch of fries to be cooked. The manager offered a refund for the fries, and I accepted. The entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. Long wait times, poor customer service, and an incomplete order. I've never spent this much time at a fast-food restaurant, let alone a Captain D’s. I won't be returning to this location. They clearly do not value their customers' time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had 2 5.99 special lemon pepper fish meals. Hushpuppies and fries were old and cold !! Don't understand i waited in drive thur 10 minutes. Captain D's i didn't mind the wait because food was always HOT!!. But this time someone in the kitchen. Drop the ball. Will not be returning. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5
