Five stars because I love fish but one star for everything else. This location sucks more than any take out in Gadsden. The employees don’t care about customers at all. If you go inside to order you have to wait for ten cars to get their food before the employees think about you. Then once you do order you have to wait for another dozen cars to get through drive through before someone comes to bag up your order that has been sitting in the window ready for ten minutes. It happens every single time. I contacted corporate and their excuse for poor customer service is that they’re short staffed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The server was not friendly nor helpful. The grilled tilapia tasted HORRIBLE! The cook was talking loud and nonsense to whomever was back there with him. It was a bad experience at this Captain D's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
