I have been coming here for years and the food has always been great quality and fresh. Yesterday May 20th I came in through the drive-thru and had a very good experience with rosalind. It was refreshing to have somebody that actually paid attention, was competent courteous and polite. You don't see that much through drive-thrus anymore.

I stopped in this Cap’n D’s for the first time. I found it to be very clean and very nice employees. We ordered 2 country style plates and they were delicious. Very generous portions as well. I was very impressed with this restaurant and I highly recommend you go. I’m going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have driven past plenty of Captain D's, and always wondered what they were like. This time I stopped here. The staff were nice, friendly, professional, prompt. I ordered the ultimate seafood platter with crispy crunchy shrimp, and 6 fried oysters. I ordered that platter because it had the most things I never had before. I never had stuffed crab and it's been forever since I had hush puppies. I never had oysters fried or otherwise. The fish was good, when I have a choice it's halibut. But D's white fish is good. Hush puppies were good, fried oysters were good, as well as the coleslaw. The shrimp were excellent. I will definitely order from here again. I enjoyed everything I ordered, and thanks for having stuffed crab and fried oysters, I'm happy to have tried them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
