Food is terrible order the one piece fish with sides of coleslaw and fried okra. Oak was stuck together some half cooked some burnt, looked like they were smashed together. The fish had big lumps of floor . Coleslaw was stale. My dog didn't want it. She ran away from it Price per person: $10–20

I just visited this establishment, and the employee who assisted me—I believe his name was Ruvi—was extremely rude. I’ve been there two or three times, and each experience with him has been the same. His demeanor is unwelcoming and not appropriate for customer service. Afterward, I went to the Dairy Queen next door and asked about him, and I was told that this is simply his personality. Unfortunately, that’s not acceptable when working with customers. I will not be returning to this establishment as long as he is employed there. He was disrespectful and unhelpful, even though I was only asking a simple question about a coupon since I don’t visit often. I work in customer service and understand how important customer service is, and his behavior does not reflect valued standards when customers are the reason he is allowed to hold his position. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Captain D's in Locust Grove, GA. The restaurant was empty, no customers. The service was good but the food was below average or worse. I had the 15 ct shrimp with fries, coleslaw and hushpuppies. The shrimp was average with cocktail sauce. The fries were terrible and the puppies were putrid. I don't like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest with them. This review isn't a reflection on all Captain D's restaurants. Just the Locust Grove location. I hope this helps you. Thank you.
