Visited this spot after a family member graduated high school once evening. Fairly close to closing time, so I was leery but my extended family wanted to eat here. Surprisingly (for me, anyway), this location served us all PIPING HOT food, very kind about serving us at our table, provided refills, the whole works. Impressive for a Captain D's in the later hours. ALL men, btw...which didn't go unnoticed. Thank you, gentlemen!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I don’t understand why a national chain that built it business on battered cod would switch to Asian Swai fish. The fish is terrible now and the bad reviews should make the owners care enough to find a better solution. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We're so sorry you had this experience, Eddie. We recently changed our fish due to market availability, but we hear you, and we're listening to all feedback as we work to ensure the quality and experience our fans expect.

I just had a horrible experience at this location’s drive-thru. A black female employee was unprofessional, offensive in her tone, and downright disrespectful. She didn’t listen and after attempting to order a 2 piece fish dinner. Her funky attitude and in the gutter tone caused me to drive off when she stated “Yes, you did order a number 8!!” Of course I never did. It’s such a sad commentary on her behavior. Another one bites the dust in customer service.
