My daughter and I were short on time and I didn't want to eat anything too bad for myself so I figured I'd grab a piece of fish from Captain D's in Sebring, a place I hadn’t visited in years. When I placed my order, I asked for ketchup. They no longer had a self-serve pump and were offering individual packets instead. I casually asked if they had bulk ketchup in the back, and the manager, Kelsey (apologies if I misspelled her name), politely offered to open the packets for me to make it easier. She was sincere and professional, explaining that she aims to keep customers happy because that’s what keeps the business running. I declined her offer to open the packets, but I appreciated the level of customer service she demonstrated. The interaction was both courteous and memorable. Overall, the fish was well-cooked, satisfying, and reasonably priced. For anyone looking for a quick, affordable seafood option in Sebring, Captain D’s is worth considering.
