I went through the drive thru in Valley on 2/9/26. I ordered my husband a grilled white fish plate. It cost 11.86. When the girl gave me the food I just put it in the seat and drove home to a Lanett address. When my husband opened his box it had a fried 2 piece fish and fries with the total being 6.59. He was having to watch what he ate for medical reasons and couldn't eat anything fried. I got the box and when I got in the car to take it back I called to let them know that they gave me the wrong food. The 1st person that picked up hung up on me as soon as I told her what happened. I called right back and a different lady answered and said she knew that they gave me the wrong food and it was their fault. She said you can come back, and get the food that you ordered, we still have it. I let her know that I was on my way back but was coming from Lanett. She didn't even apologize about it. I wanted to say something that wasn't nice but held it in. When I got back to Captain d's I parked and went in. The girl that gave me the wrong food was just standing there looking at me like I was crazy. The lady that answered the phone came and took the food that I had taken back and told the people in the back that the lady with the grilled fish is here. She still didn't apologize for me having to drive all the way back to get the right food I ordered. There was only 1 man in the building that was waiting on a to go order. He got his order and left. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting on my order. The girl that gave me the wrong food was just walking around and then walked to unplug her cell phone that she had plugged up charging. I had been there about nine minutes by then and was getting madder and madder watching them. I finally said you could have approached for giving me the wrong food. She looked at me and said I'm new. I said we all make mistakes but I had already drove home and had to come back because you gave me the wrong food. She just looked away, grabbed her phone and went to the back. The other lady looked at me and said, how long on the grilled fish. She got my food and handed it to me and didn't apologize either. I was furious by the time I got back home. We definitely won't be going back there anytime soon! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
