Had an order that was not as it should have been. The manager Keneca was very pleasant and professional. She corrected the issue without any hesitation. Her customer service skills are top tier

I've read the comments and I am not surprised. I went to pick up food for someone else, and let me to tell you, judging by the service I would never eat that food. The restaurant looks less welcoming than a homeless shelter. If I ever wanted fish, I know how to go to a wharf. I go in the restaurant and the manager and all the employees are in the back. I stand there waiting to pick up an online order for about 5 minutes. I was yelling through the hole, hello anyone here! Thank God someone came through the drive-thru. The dishwasher was washing dishes and just watch me stand there; he never went nor yelled to the back that a guest was waiting. An older woman, cashier, comes out and make no apologies nor does she acknowledge me in any way. She went out her way to act like no one was standing there, as she assisted the drive-thru. When I said something to her she tells I have not been standing there 5 minutes. The manager comes out and wants to discuss the situation, but like everyone else, I'm busy, I don't have time to talk, because I have nothing good to say. Clearly, the employees of this store do not understand what's the purpose of business. They're in the back talking about Christmas or days passed when they should be focusing on greeting and servicing customers. From there the situation just snowballed, to the point they're going to tell me they're not giving me the online order. Unlike Regina Belle I've been a lot of places and I've tasted a few and and let me tell you, I've definitely been put out of better places. If the customer didn't want that food, I gladly would have left it. The customer called the the store and they decided to give the food up. Anytime the employees feel comfortable expressing attitude in front of their manager, and the employees and manager are lollygagging in the back together instead of having someone on the line to greet and service customers. There is nothing to be discussed.
