Last time we ordered from Cara Mia’s, the delivery driver took forever to find our house and the pizza was ice cold when he arrived. I called and was offered a replacement, but I declined as we just reheated it, but I was still annoyed at the lack of quality (especially considering the price). They offered a free pizza the next time we ordered, so I accepted that. I was assured it would be tied to my phone number in their system and it would be easy to redeem. I called today to place an order and was told that I must have the wrong place because they don’t do that, and have never made such an offer. Because this was all over the phone and I have no proof, they refused to budge. Cancelled the order and went to a better run pizza place in town. There are enough options, I’m done with Cara Mia’s. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Incredible sticker shock. Two large pizzas and a large mozzarella sticks, $77. The food here is fine, not life changing. For this much money the pizzas should also do my taxes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have always enjoyed Cara Mia's and still do . I order the chef salad almost every time we get pizza . I was disappointed with it the last couple of times I ordered as it was mostly lettuce . I thought maybe prepared by someone new. Tonight I get another salad (sadly my last )and it looked amazing at first . Sprinkled with bits of scraps for the meats 2 tomatoes. I get food costs are up but does that mean skimmping on ingredients ? Too much money for lettuce
