I ordered online with a pick up time of 1215pm. I arrived at 1216pm at the drive thru and there was only one vehicle ahead of me. I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window I was given my order. I checked the food and it was lukewarm at best. I told the drive thru attendant that the food was cold and he told me he was sorry and that he was doing the best he can and he can't control when the food comes out. I told him I have been waiting for 10 minutes for my order and that he has control of his drive thru line and he said that he does not. I told him that I didn't pay for cold food. He told me that he was sorry and he couldn't do anything about it. I told him that I would never be returning to this location. His response was "that's unfortunate."

So its Carl's Jr....that's pretty much all that needs to be said...but here is my reason for actually leaving a review...I stopped by a few weeks ago...just before lunchtime..the guy that was working the counter ...trally wish I paid attention to his name because I would have called him out by name....was the most pleasant...friendly....quick .... attentive service I have ever recieved at a fast food restaurant. He showed what service was all about...not like people that look like they despise their job...he was just awesome. Great job Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
