An adorably cute candlelit place. Feels like your eating over at a good friends house if they happened to be an amazing chef. My favorite restaurant in Rincón right now. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian and Vegetarian friendly

Carmen's Kitchen was an awesome experience. It is Abrazos Cafe during the day and then they transform the building into a nice, candle lit spot at night. They put a lot of thought and effort into everything from the wine pairings to each dish. We could tell the food was very fresh and used a lot of local, in season fruits and vegetables. The menu changes very often. We were traveling with our 3 kids ages 8-14. While there are no kids menu, 2 of my kids split a steak and one got the prime rib hamburger (no lie, this was the best burger my wife and I had ever tasted). I had the snapper and my wife had the shrimp over green papaya salad. It was all very good. They also do a good job of making you feel like you are guests in their home vs. Eating out at a restaurant. I wish we lived closer as we would be back often! Carmen’s Kitchen is a dinner service within Abrazos Café, run by the stellar team of Miguel and Sarah. While Abrazos is fast-casual counter service, Carmen’s is full table service. The small menu is rotating, but it’s very inclusive of dietary restrictions and preferences. I have celiac disease, and Chef Miguel very thoughtfully and clearly marks the menu with gluten-free indicators. I’m also not a drinker, and Carmen’s offers delicious mocktails in addition to cocktails. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is so lovely.
