Was in Cat Spring, Texas recently and I ate at Carol's at Cat Spring restaurant. What a great surprise to find such great restaurant in such a small town. I had heard that they were know for their rib-eyes and I heard right. The steak was the best that I ever had, cooked just like I wanted. The service was great, selection of wines was very good. I will definitely visit there again and recommend it to my friends. Oh, I got to meet the owner Carol, that was a real treat!

We stayed at Blisswood B&B and had dinner at Carol's. This was our 2016 family Christmas gathering. Must say we weren't expecting much for being out in a small town but we were amazed by the quality of the steaks and other portions of the meal! They food was cooked exactly like ordered and very flavorful! The wine list is short but surprisingly good! It was nice to be greeted by Carol herself, a delight to speak with. Thank you Carol for the great food, hospitality and drinks. A true pleasure!
