While Carrie Nation itself was a lovely establishment with competent, capable bartenders and great entertainment, I'm forced to post a 1 star review because of the bouncer. And before we start, I am not the type of person to have negative customer service interactions - this was an insanely bad experience, and I am compelled to leave this review due to the horrendous interactions that numerous people in our group had with the bouncer that night. We came to Carrie Nation early in the evening after a wedding, and he quite literally tried to deny entrance to the bride once the wedding guests were inside. This was one of many incidents he caused - the bouncer created so many problems throughout the evening that we will literally not be able to tell the stories of this girl's wedding without cursing his incompetence. He was rude, denied entrance capriciously to people who politely said they didn't even want to drink, they wanted to go talk to the bride before the wedding was over, and caused issues for numerous people who were honestly, not even intoxicated and very politely asking about getting the bride herself inside to see her entire wedding group. He made us have a miserable experience and I would really ask that your establishment instruct your bouncers to be more capable at handling groups. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We had an amazing experience at Carrie Nation Cocktail Club for this year’s company event! The venue’s stylish atmosphere, unique character, and lively vibe made it the perfect setting for a fun and memorable evening. A big thank you to Lindsay Rando for having us again this year and trusting Hello Photo Booth Rental to be part of your company celebration. We truly appreciate the opportunity and loved seeing everyone enjoy the photo booth throughout the night. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Margie and the venue team for their warm hospitality and support. Everything ran smoothly from setup to breakdown, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you again to Carrie Nation Cocktail Club, Lindsay, and Margie Duignan for a fantastic event. We look forward to celebrating with you again in the future! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
