Outstanding food. Been there several times and have tried something different everyone. Haven't found anything i didn't like. There is only one issue I have, they are to far away from Evansville IN. They need one in Evansville. I highly recommend this place. Every time I have work anywhere close I will drive the extra miles just to eat there. Can't say enough good things about this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When entering Carrol Lou's Smokehouse, I was taken away to a southern state of mind by the atmosphere and character this old house contained. The menu is top-notch as are food portions. Even better is the overwhelming pitmaster smell and taste of the food. Plenty of rubs and sauce choices to please everyone! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Rib Tips, Pastrami, Baked Beans, Baby Back Ribs, Bourbon Peach BBQ Beans & Cinnamon Cornbread Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
