Ordered Italian sub, had 2 small pieces of meat and a small piece of cheese. Mostly bread, i got pizza a few months ago and it was also lacking in toppings. I always loved the food here in the past. I'll go to west Burlington for food next time. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I used to order Caruso's a lot. Their food is pretty good. I had a call today trying to order some pizza over the phone, and all was good. I then got a call back saying I didn't have enough, so I added more and told her to try again. Both transactions went through on my end and after calling my bank (at the vendor's recommendation) I called the vendor back to give her the information. She proceeded to yell at me for the next 7 minutes and shut down anything I was trying to say. Once I got a word in, she would cut me off again. I finally got frustrated and said "Will you let me talk?" To which I was responded with "If you don't respect me sir, I don't respect you." Yes I got heated, but imagine trying to order food and instead you get all this. I get that transaction mishaps happen, but this was very unprofessional. I won't order from here again.
