Editing to add that we got the taco pizza and they now barely put any chips on it and added whole slices of tomatoes and provided zero taco sauce. I attached a picture. Never have seen that before at any caseys location. We ended up going and buying taco chips from a different gas station altogether to add to the top of this pizza. This location is beyond horrible and doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I'll be calling to speak to a manager next week. We are staying at a nearby hotel for vacation and ordered a couple pizzas. We got our pizzas back to the hotel and realized the taco pizza only had lettuce and no other toppings. We took it back and we were told they were out of chips so that is why we got it like that. Why not communicate that when we picked it up? Or better yet, call and let us know so we can change our order or better yet, just order from somewhere else? We suggested they pull chips off the shelf to use on the pizza and they said they couldn't do that. They wouldn't refund our money and said we would have to come back when the manager wasn't on vacation. We are also on vacation so can't just come back whenever. They were going to replace with a pepperoni pizza, but we were told they couldn't refund the difference in price. They started that pizza and then said they would replace with a supreme as it would be the same price. After around 45 min they finally decided they could make a taco pizza using chips off the shelf as was recommended when we brought the pizza back. So now waiting for a new pizza 50 min after our original order was completed because we still have children to feed. This is absolutely ridiculous that it took that long to find a resolution to get what we originally ordered. If you dont have ingredients for an item then remove it from the menu. If that doesn't happen and someone orders something you dont have ingredients for then call them and ask what they want to replace it with. This is absolutely ridiculous that we had to go through all that just to get our original order. This pizza will be done and to the hotel almost an hour and half after the other pizza was picked up originally, so we have some kids fed so they could eat hot pizza, and some still waiting and hungry. We will make sure to never come back when we visit the area again. Reading the reviews now, it appears we aren't the only ones with horrible experiences so I am guessing poor management. How many Casey's employees does it take to put some pizza in the case at lunch time? More than they can muster, apparently. Dont bother coming here for on break unless you want to waste your entire lunch waiting around for food. Hopefully this location will be a Kwik Trip sooner than later.
