I bought Car Wash along with gas. It didn't print the receipt as there was no paper in the printer, perhaps. I went to the cashier inside. She printed the receipt, and said the car wash doesn't work, and advised me to go to another Casey's to get the car wash done, and it is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The point is not whether I get car wash in another facility, it was bitterly cold, and she is advising me to go to another facility, looking up on the Internet where that facility is. My question is if the car wash doesn't work, why did they sell that service? I could have gone to another gas station or another car wash facility. She said she had no control over disabling selling that service. But, she could have put a hand-written note that car wash is not working. They I would not have bought that service. I am writing this note, that other customers be aware (a) that the car wash is not working at this facility, and (b) the cashier really cannot help anything because she is just a normal employee. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
