Woman who says her name is Mathew?? refuses to make my burrito without the meat. Which we do all the time.she said it's all cooked together and can't do it without the meat. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. I know that we can order without meat since we have done so for 4 yrs now... She said she can only do modifications for food with a manager permission... that's a lie and ridiculous. Will be reporting to corporate.

I ordered delivery and the Doordash driver left half of my order at the store. The manager was so kind, she brought it to me herself. You can't ask for better service. Thx, Casey's! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
