This Casey's is packed! Peopyeere very nice and filled out water bottles with ice and water. Appreciation as we were just in from a 74 mile stretch on the Katy Trail! Food was fresh and delicious.

While riding the Katy Trail on May 20th, 2026, we pulled into Caseys # 1344 in Pilot Grove, Mo. We had been riding in the rain all day, were soaked, hungry, in need of charging some electronic equipment and just needed to rest from a brutal day of riding conditions. From the very first contact with the employee cooking pizzas, to a second employee ringing us up, the service provided was outstanding. They went through their menu, even explaining what was currently in the process of cooking and how long before it was ready. The manager, Sonia Pragman, was super friendly and very helpful as well as providing some local information on restaurants, hotels, etc in the area. Maybe they should see about putting a sign on the Katy trail letting other cyclist know what all they have to offer. Today, between the food provided, drinks and information, these employees helped us alot and made the ride a bit more enjoyable. I strongly recommend other cyclist check them out for snacks, drinks, ice, etc.
