Excellent service and attention to detail! Sherri, the store manager, was super helpful with a large order of pizzas I had and even called me to confirm the time (which i made a mistake on) and made the whole experience so efficient. I normally love Casey's pizza. However, not as much tonight and the Assistant Mgr offered my a free pizza at my next visit. My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm. When I arrived to pick up, no one greeted me. Pizza maker asked my name and proceeded to the the refrigerator and told me my order would be ready in 7 minutes. I picked up a few more items and went to pay. The Assistant Mgr heard my concerns and offered me a free pizza next visit. I continued to wait and once my order was in hand, I reminded the pizza maker my order was supposed to ready at 6pm and I now have a free pizza coming. His response was, "your order was baked when you arrived. Hot and fresh." I'm sorry. He doesn't understand the process of placing an order. You can do better. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
