Employees were very helpful.\n Let me take my time to make my order. I got the Cheesy bread sticks excellent. Enough to have for dinner the next evening. Good food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They were only taking cash but didn't have a sign up on the door and weren't letting people know when they walked in so people were grabbing things and then having to go put them back themselves when they figured out that it was cash only. They seemed very irritated when I told them they should have a sign on the door. The girl the register was extremely rude. As if I thought it was her fault personally that the system wasn't working. I just simply told her that she needed communicate the issue to the customers when they walk in and they needed a sign on the door. The older lady who's a manager cut me off with a very loud passive aggressive" have a good day" lol She looked like she was embarrassed that I had to tell her team how to handle the situation. As the manager she should have been the one to have a sign on the door and be telling people as they walked in about the issue. There was a lady in there at the same time as me who had grabbed pizza and then had to go take it back over but they can't sell it once you have touched it. So Casey's is just losing product because of their poor communication skills. Also, The manager was not dressed in a Casey's shirt. Hard to tell that she even worked there. And definitely couldn't see her name visible. But I'm thinking that that is strategic on her part knowing how she behaves. I'm sure she wouldn't want people to properly identify her.
