I get the best service EVER from Jeremiah! He works all the time when lines are long he'll get on two registers and get them down, he stays for who knows how long? He usually is there in the morning and knows our order so our checkout is super fast. Love him great shift lead! Now I'm pissed! I went in tonight, the woman who i learned is the store manager was NOT wearing a name tag there was 12 people in like and she was unloading a truck delivery instead of getting on the second register and helping her employee. She's checked me out before so I asked her name, she responded, "why?" I told her "because I'm going to contact corporate you see all these people in line and you won't help your team? That means you don't care about working as a team and the higher ups need to know about it!" She said "my name is Michelle" I thanked her and eventually checked out, even after telling her I was contacting corporate she did nothing to help the overwhelmed cashier this is unacceptable!

I have gone to this Casey's for years and have always given them the benefit of the dought. But tonight at 11:15 pm and on the day of 11-6-2025 I go in to pick up my pizza l. As Im walking in im getting a call for a cancelation. I go in to pick it up not knowing this random number is them. He is talking about how he going to get off early and not make this pizza. Im hearing all of this i get my two sodas and walk to the register and ask about my pizza. He comes up without saying sorry or anything and says out ovens our down and I had to cancel your order. I ask why you guys dont close down for another 20 minutes and my order should be done. He said he tried calling me and I said yeah after I was already here to pick it up. Can I have my recite then since I dont have it on my records yet? After "given" more like throwing it i tell him hes being a dick. After a little back a forth about who was a dick. He then says " you wanna go outside?" In a threatening manner with his chest stuck out and arms wide open. I tell him no im just going to buy this stuff and get out. I dont need to deal with whatever mental problems you got kid. After ripping the drinks form me to grab them he kicks me out and says my business is no longer welcome here. I start walking out towards the door and tell them.Do not follow me or I will call the cops. How do this this man start to make his way outside and yelling at me to wait. Once he steps outside I start calling the cops. I tell you one of worst experiences of all time this kids is going to get away with treating people like this. I read bad review after bad review and it always the same. I should have let that kid take a swing at me. The maybe these issues would be addressed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
