I've been on hold so long that I was able to drive up to Casey's on hold, place my order, and verify that they have no intention of answering my call, all while still on hold. I'm still on hold currently. I wonder if they will ever pick up. I was hoping they would pick up so I could cancel the order, but I just realized they didn't take any of my information down so I'm just not going to pick it up. This is ridiculous. Literally going on 40 minutes of hold time. No wonder KwikStar is crushing you guys out of existence. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Thank you for sharing your experience, David. We should always be available by phone to make ordering with Casey's easier than ever. We're sorry to hear your experience was anything less. We'll share your feedback and continue getting better.
