Placed a delivery order through them. I was charged for 4 items they didn't even have in store. Called them to ask for help after doordash had sent 4 dashers all saying these items were out. But I couldn't cancel the order. Eventually I was able to get ahold of them. Spoke with Brittany. Was told I need to go through doordash since Casey's doesn't handle the refunds. Even though doordash is only delivering. Not charging me. Contacted doordash support anyways. Was told I had to go through Casey's since that's where the order was placed. So now I'm just irritated. Having to go through so many different customer supports and customer relations. Which is going to take longer than them just refunding it when I initially asked. Waste of time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1
