I used to go to Casey's frequently at this location to get a couple of pieces of pizza on my way to work but it seemed like as time progressed the quality just went out. It was old. The crust was crunchy or they were completely out and had no plans on evidently to put any more pizza out at least so that's what they look like. I asked him a couple of times and I said no. Isn't one coming right now. So for a long time I didn't go. Then I tried again and tonight I stopped by there again on my way to work in hopes of maybe getting a decent piece of pizza because I was in a hurry and it was just a few minutes before 6:00 p.m. and the pizza had expired at 5:28 p.m. I pointed this out to the help and the counter. The guy just kind of shrugged and didn't say anything. He just ignored my statement and the gal behind the counter said well. I had one once that was of after the time and it was okay so I was in a hurry and I was hungry so I took them. Anyway they charged me full price. Well needless to say it was crunchy across and it was obviously old. It tasted old so not very enjoyable and they charged me full price for an old pizza

I ordered ham and cheese sliders and a side of bacon Mac n’ cheese today from them through DoorDash. I ordered my sliders to be hot they were cold. I asked the guy for hope ones and he was not helpful/wouldn’t do it a said “at least I made your Mac n’ cheese” like what?! Cmon man! Such bad service! ALSO the bacon on the Mac was BURNT! I ordered ahead of time cause they are notoriously out of grab n go food constantly and I work right down the street so I’m there a lot! Figured I’d be smart and order ahead of time, screw me I guess can’t even get an order correct. Normally I’m so understanding with food workers I worked in kitchens for 14 years but this is a whole other level of ridiculous. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
