Food wasn't fresh, multiple employees with a long line, every windshield washer container was dry. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the most filthy, unkempt Casey's I have ever been in. Absolutely disappointed in this store and the GM should be ashamed they let the store get into this shape. Normal regular cleaning activities like wiping spills around soda machines and more involved cleaning like restrooms and mopping are seriously neglected. I would think the district manager would have a stroke if they saw one of their stores in this condition. Do better Casey's at holding your management accountable and management at this store, take a little pride in what you do and the service you provide to people and put in some effort. Have your employees do their job and take responsibility if they don't and do it yourselves. Being busy is not an excuse. If you are busy enough to not clean you should have enough revenue to pay your people enough to clean or hire another associate to take the load off and have them divide responsibilities and get this store into the condition it should be in. I wish I had grabbed photos so that I could put the filth on blast. If it's like this the next time we pass through I will be adding photos to my review. Atmosphere: 1
