No customer service experience. Came to fill up my tank with my rewards I had saved up, the pumps ended up freezing after 1 gallon was pumped. All of those rewards gone. Was told to come and speak to the store manager Amber, she gave me the old contact customer service line. Nothing they can do. As a manager myself, they definitely could've done something. I will be using Mavericks reward system from here on out. Service: 1
