This store says that they’re supposed to be open at 5 AM. I’ve been over there twice in the past hour and the door is still locked and I can see the girl inside just ignoring me. It’s now 6:30 AM and the store is supposed to be open at five. I just wanted a Red Bull. This is extremely unprofessional. Whoever’s in the store needs to get a new job because this is ridiculous.

What is going on in the kitchen at this store? Pizza at this location continues to go down hill. Went in this evening around 5. You know, when everybody is getting off work. The hot case was basically empty. There were about 11 people in line with one cashier. While 3 employees were hanging out in the back room BSing with the door open. This used to be the best Casey's around. Unfortunately over the last 2 or 3 years its become one of the worst. Food: 2 Service: 2

The assistant manager does not have any customer service skills at all, extremely rude I come to this Casey’s every morning before I go to work as the rest of the staff are welcoming and always have a great attitude, it is nice to get that welcoming and friendly start to the day unfortunately today the assistant manager, as she is so proud to make sure everybody knows her title, was working the counter. for whatever reason anytime I go into this Casey’s she constantly gives me dirty looks and always has a very bad attitude. The rest of the crew are amazing here, it is very unfortunate they have a such a terrible manager with no customer service skills leading them, I’ve never dealt with anyone in the service industry who consistently mentions their job title and proceeds to treat her customers the way she does, she is a poor reflection and representation of this Casey’s, if she can treat her customers like they’re such an inconvenience and burden to her time, I can only imagine the way she treats her employees maybe one of the very nice and friendly employees can coach her on how to handle customer relations, as they are genuine In the way they treat, and greet every customer as enter the store, her greater fail is that she can’t differentiate her regular daily customers from other customers, if she had the slightest idea on how to be a manager in the service industry, she would put care knowing her customers, the fact that she doesn’t have a clue as to who her daily customers are shows she puts no effort or care into her job, Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
