Very rude young lady cashier on 6/3 around 10am. Asked me if I wanted a bag and I thought about it and said 'naaa' very causally. She responded and said you mean "no thank you". I am still in shock that she tried to correct me. I was very kind and not rude through the entire transaction.

PLEASE BEWARE! Do not trust Casey’s on 26th and California! I went to pump gas today after coming back from my trip, and did everything as normal. Inserted my card, waited to be prompted to lift lever and select gas. Did so. Within moments, I walked from one side of my vehicle and back, suddenly the pump said I had pumped 20 gallons and my total was up to $79. The pump did not stop automatically, it was still going- mind you, my tank is a 19 gal tank *confirmed on my owners manual* (so even at its lowest, it should’ve stopped before it hit 20 gal) I stopped the pump, turned on my vehicle and saw I had LESS than a half a tank! I pulled up front to go in and speak to someone, which resulted in being told they couldn’t do anything and “they didn’t know how big my tank was so they have to go by the pump reading” I told the manager I have 1/3 a tank of gas! For $79!!! Offered to show her and everything! No, this was not a hold for using a card at the pump. The receipt showed 20 gallons pumped! Nothing to make it right, just insinuating that I was lying and given a number to call. I get it’s not the cashiers fault or the assistant manager who had no clue on what to do at all, but at the end of the day, this mistake was not on me!! I stayed polite and patient. But was met with disregard and insinuation by the STORE manager who was called because the person who was left in charge of the store didn’t know what to do. *the time difference between the receipt and when the photo was taken of my dash was the time I spent in-store trying to get a resolution because it was obvious nothing would be done to fix this*

I love this place great food and great employees n excellent customer service Alicia is #1 shift lead TY FOR saving me from the crazy lady you definitely deserve to be recognized for that Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Popcorn Chicken, Hostess Chocolate Cupcakes 3 17oz, Tums Assorted Fruit 12ct, Casey's Apple Pie 4oz, Jack Link's Jumbo Original Beefsteak 2oz, Nabisco Ritz Bits Cheese 3oz, Create Your Own Pizza
