Wet Picnic is exactly the kind of spot Midtown Detroit needed. The vibe is unmatched — moody, intimate indoor atmosphere with an incredible outdoor patio as well. The drinks are where this place really shines. The kiwi tomato margarita was one of the most unique and balanced cocktails I’ve had in a long time, and the house-made non-alcoholic bourbon completely blew my husband away. The level of craftsmanship and creativity behind the bar is obvious in every sip. What makes it even better is knowing it’s owner-operated by people who have been in the beverage industry for years. Their experience, passion, and attention to detail come through in everything from the menu to the hospitality. Absolutely a five-star experience and such a great addition to Midtown Detroit.
