Been coming here for quite a while and honestly it's probably the best place around for proper traditional fish and chips. The fish is always fresh, the batter is nice and crispy, and the chips are spot on. What I like is that it's not just the fish and chips that are good. The donor kebab and beef burger is absolutely banging I've tried both a few times and they've never disappointed. The staff are always friendly, service is quick, and the food is consistently good. Definitely one of those places you keep going back to. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Surprised at the rating for this takeaway, never had a bad order from catch n fry, occasionally they do a pizza deal which makes it an absolute bargain for the pizza you get, chips are always fresh, salad too, staff are nice and efficient, can't complain. Food: 5 Service: 5
