Merece la pena venir a este restaurante por su bien trabajado beicon, su tierna hamburguesa de cerdo y sus sorprendentes bocadillos de carne y queso de filadelfia. Absolute rubbish. They lie, steal your time and your money and you have nothing to show for it. Gave this joint a second chance tonight and 110% regret it. Downloaded their app, placed an order, $64.02. App showed a 25min wait. Went into store 20mins later and told its a slight wait of an additional 5mins. Sweet, I should be out at 7:30pm ... 10mins later I get told that they are just waiting on 1 more thing. Ok. Another 10mins pass and Im told they are still waiting on 1 more thing. So apparently the rest of the food has been out and waiting getting stale and soggy for the past 25mins. 8pm still waiting. It's absolutely freezing in the dining area, tickets and uber eats guys lined up for days and not an ounce of truth as to the actual wait times. 1 hour passed since I placed the order so I gave up cancelled the order and demanded a refund. They gave the refund but not the whole amount. They didn't refund what I assumed was the app processing fee. A small amount but so messed up that after being lied to and wasting an hour of my life, the Caveman leaves me to cover some of their costs and I didn't even get anything for it. If you value your time and money, do yourself a huge favour and avoid this place. Last time we went the food was sub par, this time it was just a dumpster fire. It was busy tonight and I can only assume that it's all first time customers because if you think the Caveman is good your standards must be in the toilet. What a surprise to find such a coeliac friendly burger and slow cook bbq in regional Western Australia of all places! Service is lovely and food is delicious! Very happy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: Lots of GF options!
