We were there during HalloWeekends a couple of weeks ago. There were about 30 people waiting to be seated, at least 11 tables open and a list at the podium where you had to write your own name. In the 35 minutes that we waited, not one name was called. Actually, we never even saw a host/hostess or anybody that even resembled an employee. Your food sucks and the only reason we were there was out of pure desperation and to get warm. You need to get your crap together or just close down once and for all.

Worst food I have ever seen. When you say grilled chicken on your menu, it shouldn't be "mystery meat". Salad bar was half empty at 6pm and not refilled. Ridiculous. The only reason you got 1-star is I couldn't tell you to f$#k yourself!
