Yes, the credit is really recharged with a validity of 6 months from the recharge, which our receptionists inform customers about. At any time during this time, the credit can be recharged with a minimum amount of CZK 100 and thereby extend the validity of all credit by another 6 months (this can also be done conveniently in the application, the customer does not have to go anywhere). Before the credit expires, we send an information email in which we warn the customer that his credit is about to expire, so he has time to either use it or extend its validity in the above-mentioned manner. And when all these mechanisms fail and the credit actually expires, all you have to do is go to the reception desk and fill out the credit return form (which you completed at the weekend anyway, so you know the procedure) and the credit will be credited back to the customer's account within 5 days.
