very bad customer service
Will not be returning
Crap customer service, wouldn't recommend if you want to receive what you've ordered and not get a gobful for your trouble.
When arrived at the location the shutters were down even though the shop was advertised and open and took our payment.
After trying to contact Gelato4u via telephone over numerous times it was clear the store was closed so we requested a refund via Just Eat help.
As we cancelled the order someone walked up to the store and opened up.
We phoned up Gelato4u to inform them that we were not happy to which they denied that the store was closed.
My friend then received a phone call from a personal mobile number which was by surprise a member of Gelato4u in a very unprofessional manner proceeded to shout and swear down the phone to my friend and to never go to the store again.
We were quite regular customers but after this I hope that the correct disciplinary action is taken.
