Really enjoyed my visit to Chaiiology. The décor is modern, stylish, and creates a lovely atmosphere to relax in. It was fairly quiet when I visited, which made it a great place to sit and enjoy a drink and dessert without feeling rushed. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a comfortable spot on City Road with a nice ambience and good service. I’ll happily be back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

A disappointing experience overall. When we visited, there was only one member of staff on duty, responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, serving food, and clearing tables. Despite being under obvious pressure, Preet remained professional, friendly, and hardworking throughout our visit. She did everything she could to provide good service, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. The owners are fortunate to have someone as dedicated as Preet. She deserves recognition for her commitment, and I hope her hard work is properly acknowledged and rewarded. I’m giving 2 stars solely because of Preet. Without her, the experience would have been much worse. Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
