On 06/06/26, a group of 18 adults and 5 children visited Chaiiwala for breakfast. Despite the size of our party, there was plenty of space to accommodate us comfortably. Our order was taken efficiently and arrived exactly as requested. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel valued throughout our visit. We were very pleased with the overall experience and would happily recommend this particular Chaiiwala location to others.

I’ve came to the Rotherham Chaiiwala twice, both time such a disappointment. Usually go to the one in London road as they are so much better. Staff are so rude, kept me waiting 25 mint for just a pastry that was on display. No staff to be seen at the front either and the most annoying thing about it all is when u ask them they tell u to wait what kind of customer service is that??? Not that busy as well and I’m having to wait ages. We also ordered 4 meals that took around 45 mint to come. They prioritise drive thru people more then the customers deffo need change of staff disgusting not turning up again
