I came in last night 08/16/22 after talking with my friends about how well this place was. This was quickly taken back when we went there last night because of the AWFUL and RUDE service. Upon arrival the waitress brought out waters and failed to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. She didn’t return to the table for a while and let our drinks go empty for too long. When trying to get the attention from other staff or our waitress we were rudely treated by a worker. She threw he hands up and mouthed “What?” as if we were being rude to her. Another member of our party then went to the manager to ask nicely if we could get our waitress to the table and he proceeded to disagree with our party by saying that our waitress had been “asking us if we wanted to order 3 times” when she hadn’t done that once. After another few minutes she finally came over to the table and we ordered.
We were highly dissatisfied and will NOT be returning after this horrible let down. So sad because I had genuinely liked this place previously.
Also so sad to see staff members argue with and be blatantly rude to customers over such a simple and reasonable thing.
