Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing an order. I rang to enquire about my order. The receptionist explained they were busy and like it or lump it, it was going to be another hour and they would be happy to cancel which of course I did after such a reply. If they hadn’t originally told me my order would be 1 hour I would be more sympathetic I understand they are busy but please just be truthful to your customers

I love Chans. Of all the Chinese take-away's I have been to, they are by far the nicest. Their hygiene is great, their food tastes wonderful and their staff are always polite and friendly.
