Incredible experience and food - 10/10, definitely recommend and will be coming back. The customer service team were amazing! From start to end - super accomodating, polite and responsive. Made for a very special birthday dinner tonight. On my list of good restaurants, usually don’t enjoy restaurant food or service this much but impressed. Incredibly good food, and that goes for the chicken tikka, korma and butter chicken. Some of the best I've ever had and I've been all over the world. The naan is also impressively good, with a very smooth doughy texture on all varieties. Better yet then value for money is far better than it should be. Me and me family will definitely be back. Price per person: NZ$20–30

Chapati Indian Restaurant denied a 3-year-old child access to their bathroom during business hours—a shocking display of inhumanity and potential legal non-compliance under the New Zealand Health Act 1956. Their staff’s appalling attitude further highlights their disregard for basic customer service and hospitality standards. New Zealand law requires businesses to provide services with reasonable care (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), yet this restaurant seems committed to arrogance over accountability. If they treat a child like this, imagine how they value their paying customers. Avoid this place—find a restaurant that respects both its patrons and the law. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
